For kids aged 2 to 4 years old, the dose is 0.625 to 0.628 mg, for kids between 4 years and 6 years, it is 0.938 to 0.939 mg. For kids between 6-12 years old, the dose is 1.25 mg, taken orally every 6 hours and for kids older than 12 years the dose is 2.5 mg orally every 6 hours.
