Mesna
Mesna reduces the risk of hemorrhagic cystitis, a condition in which bladder inflammation
results in serious bleeding in people who receive ifosfamide, a form of chemotherapy. The

Cyclophosphamide Induced Hemorrhagic Cystitis, the dose is 20% of cyclophosphamide
dose is injected, 4 and 8 hours after each dose of chemotherapy.
