Magnolia has been used for centuries in traditional Chinese and Japanese medicine. Its main ingredients are magnolol and honokiol. Kudzu root extract contains up to 12% isoflavones, particularly daidzin, daidzein and diacetylpuerarine. But the most dominant ingredient (up to 80%) is precious puerarin, which, among other things, supports the production of serotonin, often called “the happiness hormone”.
