We also ask you to indicate some business case details such as a deal type (licensing with or without supply or just supply), annual purchase forecast and market pricing data which helps the manufacturer to make a competitive offer.

What do I need to do if I find an interesting offer but I need a product for a different market?
If you identify a product which is of interest to you but the offer is for a different market, then you can enter into negotiations and ask for an offer for your target market. If the market is available for discussion, the manufacturer would make an offer for your specific market(s) of interest and you can negotiate the terms on an easy-to-use online platform and try to reach an agreement.
What happens if I make a request for quotation?
If all the necessary details about your company and business case are provided you should expect to get a commercial offer or feedback from the manufacturer if they were not willing to progress with a business case. In case you get a commercial offer you can accept it or negotiate better terms. In case of a successful negotiation we send you a 1-page term sheet confirmation agreement for your signature and follow the procedure described in the section above (see “What happens if I accept the product offer?”).
How can I be sure about the quality of the dossier and the manufacturer?
We have a standard industry specific pre-auditing questionnaire where the manufacturers provide all the details about the dossier and the product. Regulatory and commercial information is shared with you on the platform. However it is your responsibility to make the dossier audit and register the product in your market. In case of the sale of a Marketing Authorization (MA) it is up to you to make a dossier audit (or not) as the product is already registered and you can start the business.
How can I be sure that the manufacturer will work with me and not with my competitors?
Normally the manufacturers are getting business inquiries from different companies so what can differentiate you from others is a reasonable business case size, fast and professional communication and the proven reliability. The manufacturer approves their interest to work with your company after you confirm the term sheet and pay refundable dossier reservation fee (Escrow) as your commitment to progress to product registration within an indicated period of time.
Why should I provide my company data, annual purchase forecast and market data?
Company data is important for the manufacturer to confirm your candidacy for a potential partnership. The annual purchase forecast indicating pharmaceutical form, strength and pack size allows the manufacturer to estimate the business case size and see whether it is above their minimum order quantity (MOQ). The market price level gives the manufacturer an opportunity to evaluate their feasibility of providing a competitive offer. All in all, the provided information enables you to get a competitive commercial offer or receive the feedback from the manufacturer if and why the business case cannot be implemented.
