Viktoras is a dedicated Customer Success Manager at Pipelinepharma. Since joining the company in 2021, he has been instrumental in ensuring smooth client onboarding, driving partner engagement, and supporting licensing operations across international markets.
He began his journey at Pipelinepharma as a Junior Marketing and Sales Manager intern, where he played a key role in content creation, market research, and partner outreach initiatives. He also contributed to sales and support activities, SEO efforts, product updates and enrichment, as well as company qualification and contact verification. His strong performance, attention to detail, and growing understanding of the pharmaceutical business environment quickly led to his transition into a full-time role in Customer Success.
In his current role, Viktoras focuses on building strong, supportive relationships with customers by guiding them through onboarding, training, and daily platform usage. He monitors customer health metrics, gathers valuable feedback, and collaborates with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. His proactive and detail-oriented approach helps drive customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term engagement, while continuously enhancing the Customer Success function.
In 2025, Viktoras earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Vilnius University, completing a study programme in Global Marketing. His academic background, combined with hands-on industry experience, enables him to bridge commercial and technical perspectives in the fast-evolving pharmaceutical sector.
Viktoras continues to deepen his expertise in customer success, pharmaceutical licensing, and digital health solutions—actively contributing to Pipelinepharma’s international growth and innovation.
